Brookes destroyed United Earth's First Air Fleet in northern Scotland using two hawks. The attack removed approximately half of United Earth's air power.
Orbital attack
Brookes piloted one hawk while the other operated under AI control. Their beams combined over the airfields and destroyed the stationary aircraft in less than five minutes, melting the concrete and killing pilots trying to escape. Brookes returned to Venus after the strike.[1]
