Cylli and Earth
Cylli's shuttles remain functional after thousands of years of inactivity and ferry Echo's civilians to the habitat. Echo's stealth-coated shuttle later collects the United Earth delegation from Earth and returns to the Moon within hours.[1][3]
Brookes's plan
Avalon Brookes claims he can steal one of Cylli's rear-section shuttles and reach Venus within days. His plan depends on deceiving Cylli with Eastcott's authorization codes.[2]
