The rare mineral processing facility was an industrial target in Venus's capital, Flaxus. Its output supported tanks, aircraft, and communications equipment.
Destruction
Eastcott attacked it from orbit using the upgraded scorpion's plasma cannons. The facility exploded and nearby buildings suffered extensive destruction. He then transmitted a warning directly to the Flaxus.[1]
