Avalon Brookes and Claudius Sirister agreed to exchange advanced military assistance for Brookes's future rule of the cylinder. Brookes promised to defeat Echo and secure Flaxen conquest of Earth.
Also recorded as: Brookes's bargain
Terms
Claudius would retain Earth and Venus while Brookes ruled the distant artificial world with selected Humans. Brookes promised continued scientific advances so long as his domain was left alone. The Flaxus gave him up to two months to complete the modified hawks and demanded that enemy interference above Earth and Venus cease.[1]
Later additions
At a subsequent meeting, Brookes requested at least one hundred thousand people for his domain, chosen by him. Claudius approved the request and made the mega chamber Brookes's next priority after the hawks.[2]
